How long does it take to process my order?
Each piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipping.
What are your shipping options?
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location)
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once an order is shipped, delays are unfortunately out of our control. If your package is significantly delayed (5 or more business days after estimated delivery date) or lost, please contact us at hello@effielafleur.com and we'll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
How Do I Care for my Jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful:
Avoid exposure to water, lotions, and perfumes.
Store in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch.
Clean gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs, but we are always open to suggestions! Let us know what you'd love to see in future collections.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Every order comes beautifully packaged, perfect for gifting. If you'd like a special note included, just leave a message at checkout.
